Did you even visit Paris if you didn’t sample some of the city’s famous pastries? The City of Lights has a well-known love affair with golden, buttery pastries, decadent chocolate, and custard-filled tarts, but if you’re vegan, you might think you don’t get to enjoy this carb-filled love affair.
The vegan community in Paris has really rallied around the phrase, “Anything you can eat, I can eat vegan,” and will knock the socks off even the most dairy addicted. The days of it being necessary to use animal products to create gorgeous pastries are long gone.
