Updated April 10, 2024

If you’re in Boca Raton and craving delicious vegan food, you’re in luck!

The affluent South Florida city has a growing vegan scene that includes a couple of vegan and vegetarian restaurants, along with many vegan-friendly options. If you were worried about starvation while enjoying their gorgeous beaches, worry no more!

This guide covers the best vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants in Boca Raton, where you can find everything from fluffy donuts to bowls of piping hot Ramen and so much more!

Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurants & Bakeries in Boca Raton

#1 Parlour Vegan Bakery

415 Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432
Vegan bakery & café with options for breakfast & lunch.
Your dreams of mini guava cupcakes and cream-stuffed cookie sandwiches aren’t the only things coming true here! When I found this hip little vegan bakery, I expected all the traditional sweets — donuts, cupcakes, cookies- but I didn’t expect a whole savory lineup to boot! Not only can you delight your sweet tooth with an irresistibly soft donut dipped in chocolate but also with a golden empanada filled with Cuban “pork” or buffalo cauliflower, along with a terrific lineup of house-made breakfast and lunch sandwiches. One more bonus, if you fall in love with something, they ship many of their baked goods nationwide! Although Boca doesn’t have many fully vegan spots, you won’t feel like you’re missing out nearly as much once you visit here!

#2 Maoz Vegetarian

6000 Glades Rd #1176, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Vegetarian fast-casual Middle Eastern café.
Falafel lovers, don’t miss a visit to this fast-casual international spot! If you’ve spent time in Europe, you may have passed by one of these bright green falafel shops. The chain started in Amsterdam with its flavorful Middle Eastern cuisine and then grew throughout Europe and eventually came to the US, including this location in Boca.

They are best known for their flavorful falafel that you can enjoy as a salad bowl, in a wrap, or just plain! In addition to falafel, another bonus that I enjoy is the ability to customize the order with various salads, dips, and sauces from their self-serve salad bar. Most of the options are vegan, with a handful of vegetarian options.

#3 Raw Juce

197 Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432
Vegetarian juice shop & café with options for breakfast & lunch.
This health-focused juice and smoothie bar is just down the street from Parlour Vegan Bakery. As expected, you’ll find a never-ending selection of cold-pressed juices and smoothies in just about every fruit and veggie combo you can think of and enhanced with superfoods like spirulina, hemp seeds, sea moss, and more.

Luckily, they didn’t stop at just smoothies and juices; They also have a diverse lineup of acai, blue, pitaya, mango, and green bowls — no matter what you’re craving in the morning, you’ll find it amongst one of those. If you don’t make it in until lunchtime, no worries! You won’t want to miss their flavorful veggie-packed salads like avocado protein with house-made cashew ranch or a chickpea cobb. In addition to healthy eats, they also have a slightly less sinful dessert lineup with fan-favorite chocolate chip cookies, fudgy brownies, trail mix bars, and more.

#4 Cinnaholic

141 NW 20th St B-1, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Vegan cinnamon roll shop.
I bet most people wander in here and have no idea that all of the fluffy, frosting-covered cinnamon rolls are vegan! Yes, you read that correctly; they’re all vegan — woo-hoo! This sweet cinnamon shop first gained attention when it appeared on “Shark Tank” in 2014 and has since expanded throughout the US. While enjoying a cinnamon roll on its own is always a good time, what’s so awesome about this shop is the ability to customize your cinnamon creation with a wide selection of frosting flavors, such as cream cheese, caramel, or chocolate, and then add toppings, such as fruit, nuts, cookie dough, or candy!

If creating your own sugar-filled masterpiece sounds too daunting, no worries; they have plenty of popular creations to choose from, like the Bomb.com Roll (chocolate frosting with brownie chunks, Oreos, and chocolate chips) or a Peanut Butter Mud Pie Roll (peanut butter frosting, with marshmallows, peanut butter cups, and chocolate sauce).

Vegan-Friendly Restaurants & Sweet Spots in Boca Raton

#5 Cielito Artisan Pops

430 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, FL 33432
Vegan-friendly ice cream shop
This family-run gourmet popsicle shop started in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood in 2017 and, with its success, expanded to Boca Raton and Aventura! The vegan-friendly shop prides itself on creating a variety of unique and innovative flavors, ranging from classic fruit combinations to creative and unexpected taste combinations, like vegan Rocky Road, coffee latte, peanut butter praline, and more! I expected to find just a few vegan options but instead was greeted with almost half of the freezer case! Another fun, sweet bonus is that you can dip or drizzle your popsicle in dairy-free dark chocolate.

#6 The Seed Coffee + Juice Bar

199 W Palmetto Park Rd E, Boca Raton, FL 33432
Vegan-friendly coffee shop & café.
Whether you’re in the mood for an adaptogenic latte, green smoothie, or acai bowl, you’ll find it and more at this hip coffee shop! At first, when I saw that people were raving about the vegan options, I thought, really? What more could they have aside from oat milk and maybe a muffin? Well, I am happy to report that there is much more!

You can slip in here in the morning and enjoy a sweet slice of zucchini bread with your coffee or get fruity with a unique acai bowl loaded into half a fresh-cut pineapple! In addition to specialty coffee and tea options, they have an extensive lineup of fruity and veggie-packed smoothies (don’t skip Hypnotize for a sweet coconutty green boost), fresh juices, and immunity booster shots.

#7 Eat District

1914 NE 5th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Vegan-friendly Asian cuisine.
This spot initially started with one woman’s desire to create the best Asian food in Boca Raton and then grew it into a hospitality brand (with the help of her brother) that now has multiple Asian concept restaurants throughout town (they also own Ramen Lab, which has vegan Ramen). The Eat District allows guests to enjoy Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese flavors all at once and with vegan options! The menu is super well marked; just look for the little green “v.” You’ll find Yakisoba, Thai red curry, and Asian garlic stir-fry, along with a long list of DIY bowl options. This is a great place to go if you need to please a diverse range of eaters — there’s something for everyone!

#8 Indian Harvest Restaurant

500 Via De Palmas, Boca Raton, FL 33432
Vegan-friendly Indian cuisine.
You can generally always count on Indian restaurants to come through for their vegan friends, and that’s definitely the case here! This cozy spot has a full vegetarian menu and calls out all of its vegan options, so there is no confusion. You’ll find traditional options like Channa Masala and yellow Dal along with veggie Malabar, Baghare Baigan, Gobi Shahjahani, and more! One more bonus, this restaurant is right across the street from Parlour Vegan Bakery — pop over there for a treat after your meal!

#9 Farmer’s Table

1901 N Military Trl, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Vegan-friendly, veggie-focused restaurant with options for brunch, lunch, & dinner.
Located in the heart of Boca Raton, Farmer’s Table is a popular restaurant that offers a wide range of plant-based options for vegan foodies. While not exclusively vegan, this restaurant understands the needs of plant-based eaters and has a well-marked menu full of great options.

From their hearty house-made wild mushroom burger to a colorful, veggie-packed Buddha bowl, you’ll find something you’ll enjoy and not feel like you had to settle for something second-rate. Make sure you save a little room for dessert; they truly have fabulous options, from a decadent brownie sundae to a classic chocolate and mocha opera cake — there’s no better way to end a meal!

#10 Living Green Café

2202 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Vegan-friendly restaurant with options for breakfast & lunch.
This laid-back café and market specializes in creating veggie-forward dishes with many plant-based options. Although you can find options on their menu all day long, I think the best time to visit is for breakfast or brunch. Until 2 PM every day, you’ll want to head in here for an order of their golden vegan and gluten-free pancakes covered in bananas, berries, and chocolate syrup! If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, they also have a stellar lineup of fruity and protein-packed smoothies and peanut butter-topped acai bowls (just omit the honey).
