Project V Bakery

4650 Sunset Rd Ste B, Henderson, NV 89014
Vegan bakery specializing in Hawaiian and Asian-inspired sweets.

This vegan bakery isn’t right in the heart of Las Vegas, it’s about 15-minutes south of the city; absolutely worth the drive. Founded by sisters Ashley and Haley Yamagata, the bakery offers a delightful array of plant-based treats inspired by their Hawaiian and Asian heritage. Their mission is to veganize beloved childhood desserts, making them accessible to a wider audience. You’ll find amazing options like matcha mochi donuts, fruit Danishes, Malasadas (Portuguese-style doughnuts), cupcakes, and more.

Pinkbox Doughnuts

Multiple locations throughout Las Vegas
Vegan-friendly donut chain; no vegan options at Lake Mead location.

Who doesn’t like donuts?! This hot pink donut shop has gained a ton of attention for its whimsical and over the top décor but you need more than giant hot pink donuts to keep people coming back! That’s pretty easy to do when you have over 70 varieties of handcrafted doughnuts made fresh daily, which include vegan options. Their vegan menu includes four staple options: Berry White (strawberry frosted vanilla cake with strawberry whip), Chocoholic (chocolate frosted vanilla donuts topped with chocolate chips), Da Blueberry Fritter (glazed blueberry fritter), and Chocolate Vegan Shell (chocolate frosted yeast raised donut).

Ronald’s Donuts

4600 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102
Vegan-friendly donut shop.

The vegan donut fun doesn’t end with Pinkbox! Ronald’s was actually recommended to me by a local and I’m glad that they did. It wouldn’t have been a spot that I would’ve thought had many or any vegan options! The classic donut shop has veganized many of its traditional options — glazed, long johns, old fashioned donuts, cinnamon rolls — just search their Google reviews and you’ll be in awe of all of the fantastic treats awaiting you. But the tastiness doesn’t end there! In addition to donuts, they also have some savory vegan breakfast options: bacon and cheese bagel sandwich, ham and cheese bagel sandwich, or ham, bacon, and cheese sandwich. Ronald’s is a must-visit when in Las Vegas!

Senza Gluten Free Bakery

9640 W Tropicana Ave Unit 119, Las Vegas, NV 89147
Gluten-free bakery with vegan options.

I chuckled when a gluten-free spot popped up when I was researching vegan bakeries in Las Vegas as it seems to always be the go-to default option provided when someone asks, “do you have anything vegan?” Well, luckily at Senza they really do have vegan options! The dessert case at this fully gluten-free spot generally always has a few vegan options like cupcakes, bars, cookies, and they can do custom orders.

Insomnia Cookies

4480 Paradise Rd #475, Las Vegas, NV 89169
Vegan-friendly cookie spot.

Need a late-night sugar fix? Come here! I’ll admit, the first time I saw this place I thought, oh I bet it doesn’t have vegan options — in these instances I am glad to be wrong! By their name you’ve probably guessed that they specialize in cookies! Is there really anything better than a warm cookie? Well, maybe one with ice cream, but I digress! Options may vary slightly with their vegan options (seasonality, etc.) but you should be able to get your hand on a vegan double chocolate chunk, vegan birthday cake and vegan chocolate chunk.
