Well known for its hearty portions, all-day breakfast fare, and bottomless coffee — it’s the only all-day vegan breakfast joint in Seattle! Their comfort-food-focused menu veganizes American classics like fluffy biscuits covered in mushroom gravy, chocolate chip French toast, omelets, home fries, and more.
2. Plum Bistro

Brunch is served Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM – 3 PM.
I know, 9 AM on a Saturday seems too early to get moving, but once you see the brunch lineup at this iconic Black-owned Capitol Hill vegan spot, you’ll be dressed and out the door! Plum is known for skillfully combining mouthwatering comfort food with chic sophistication, and that doesn’t stop at brunch. Their menu features stacks of sweet blueberry citrus pancakes with mouth-puckering lemon curd, salted caramel apple French toast, savory bacon, egg breakfast tacos, and much more — this is the kind of place that I think even non-breakfast enjoyers would enjoy!
3. Café Red

Breakfast/brunch is served all week, starting at 7 AM during the week and 8 AM on the weekend.
Do you love coffee and irresistible breakfast sandwiches? Then high tail it here! This casual vegan café and coffee house has a fantastic lineup of creative breakfast sandwiches made with locally baked bread and then loaded with smokey plant-based bacon, egg, cheddar, avocado, sausage, house-made pesto, and more! In addition to the sammies, they also have golden hash browns, breakfast wraps, and many gluten-free options! After you decide what to eat, your second order of business is what to drink, and it’s a tough decision — Oatnilla cold brew, an adaptogenic hot chagaccino, or a cardamom matcha latte!

Fans of the vegan hot spot, Galaxy Rune were sad to see it go but in its spot has popped up this fabulous, fast-casual spot! If you’re in need of a veggie or berry boost, the folks here can take care of that for you! Their healthy, comfort food focused menu aims to make sure you’re enjoying what you’re eating. Breakfast is served all-day, everyday and features fan favorites like loaded breakfast burritos, acai bowls, peanut butter banana toast, breakfast sandwiches, and much more! Whatever you choose make sure you also nab one of their fresh juices and a chai latte!

Come here if you’re in the mood for a berry-filled bowl or smoothie! Each Acai bowl is packed with a different goal in mind; want to boost your immunity? Check out the Rainbow bowl. Just finished a hard workout and need help with recovery? Check out the Super Bowl. In addition to acai bowls, they also have a terrific lineup of smoothies and adaptogenic lattes — you can’t say no to a healing chai or Ginger Beatz made with beetroot, coconut cream, cinnamon, ginger, and ashwagandha root.

Everyday (except Monday), you can stroll in here for house-made muesli or raw oats and berries, along with other light breakfast bites. Your morning isn’t complete without one of their cold pressed juices which rotate regularly to reflect seasonal flavors.

Café Flora has long been heralded as one of the country’s best vegetarian restaurants (with great vegan options)! You’ll immediately feel at home, whether you settle into their sunlight-filled atrium or slide into a rustic booth behind chic pink floral wallpaper. Their comfort-inspired breakfast menu is smaller during the week than on the weekend but features giant frosting-covered cinnamon rolls, scrambles, sweet potato waffles, and more. All the menu items are well-marked for vegan, nut-free, & gluten-free options.
Bonus – If you’re flying out of SeaTac Airport, stop by their little airport café, Café Florette!
8. Sunlight Café

10. Bang Bang Café

Breakfast options are available Tuesday – Saturday.
There are two locations for this Mexican-inspired café, but only the location in Belltown has breakfast options. If you’re on the run, this is the perfect spot to grab a giant breakfast burrito stuffed with Just Egg, cheese, potatoes, onion, and chilies! They also have a few other filling options that can easily be made vegan.
