Las Vegas Vegan Breakfast Spots Offering Eats All Week Long
Isn’t it the worst when you find a fantastic spot for a stack of pancakes only to find out they don’t offer breakfast or brunch until the weekend? Well, that’s not the case at these Las Vegas spots; they all offer mouthwatering vegan breakfast options all week — hooray!
#1 The Modern Vegan
700 E Naples Dr #111, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Where is it? Off The Strip, near the University of Nevada
Thankfully, you won’t have to go on a wild goose chase to find this retro diner; it’s a short car ride from The Strip and just around the corner from the University of Nevada. Students looking for somewhere to eat are lucky!
Come here for absolute decadence and to get lost in a junk food fest that creatively veganizes All American breakfast favorites. The menu is never-ending, and it’s a challenge for visitors who might not have the opportunity to return soon! Do you devour a perfectly golden waffle topped with apple crumble, cinnamon, and chia seeds, or go for the location appropriate, What Happens in Vegas… (Tofu scramble, two strips of bacon, grilled sausage, breakfast potatoes, and toast)? And we’ve just scratched the breakfast surface; there are still the biscuits n’ gravy, thick-cut French toast, and loaded burritos — all of which I’m sure are making your mouth water. My best piece of advice is to bring friends!
#2 Plant-Powered Fast Food
7090 W Craig Rd Suite #120, Las Vegas, NV 89129
Where is it? North of The Strip
Have you ever had the opportunity to go through a drive-thru and order a vegan egg and cheese croissant? Probably not! Well, here is your delicious chance. This veggie-powered fast-food joint is modeled after the likes of other fast-food giants but without all that nasty cruelty!
All day long, you can cruise through here and grab one of their epic breakfast sammies or burritos — bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, sausage and cheese muffin, and many more! Whatever you order, don’t forget to grab a side of super crispy golden hashbrowns. Some of the sandwiches and the burrito can be made gluten-free, too — that was an awesome surprise for me! In addition to a cup of hot coffee or a cold brew, they also have a lineup of cold-pressed juices.
#3 Veganos Kitchen
3149 N Rancho Dr C, Las Vegas, NV 89130
Where is it? North of The Strip
Fans of savory flavors with a little spicy kick should come here to start the day! This fast-casual family-run Mexican spot knows that the best way to kick start a day is with a burrito loaded with the flavor power of carne asada, chorizo, potatoes, guac, and more! With one bite, you’ll have a smile from ear to ear. If you’re not a breakfast burrito connoisseur, no worries; they’ve also got vegan sausage and steak omelets and breakfast sandwiches that will make your taste buds do a little dance.
Vegan-Friendly Breakfast Spots in Las Vegas
#4 Truth and Tonic
3335 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Where is it? 4th floor of The Venetian
As of April 2024, this spot is no longer fully vegan. They now offer an omni menu with vegan options.
This breakfast and lunch café is tucked away in The Venetian — I went on a wild adventure to find it! To save you some time, don’t head to Restaurant Row; head to the 4th floor via the guest elevators, and the café is near the spa.
Now that we have that out of the way, I know you’re wondering what’s on the menu and if it’s worth going on an adventure to find it! Yes, it absolutely is. The laid-back wellness-focused café offers a superfood-packed menu that will help you start the day feeling like a million bucks (maybe winning it too!).
This isn’t your regular toast and veggie scramble café; the chefs creatively weave together the expected with the unexpected. You’ll find a lineup of toast, but they aren’t basic; they’re Boujee — topped with plant-based shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, and candied cashews, for starters. On the other side of the menu, traditional savory scrambles have far more than roasted veggies; they’re leveled up with garlic oil, curried cauliflower, soyrizo, and more. If neither interest you, don’t worry; there’s plenty more to dazzle your eyes and taste buds!
#5 Pressed Juicery
3730 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89158
Where is it? ARIA Resort & Casino
Some of you might think a juice spot isn’t a proper breakfast spot, but I know others aren’t fans of hearty, soul-fulfilling breakfasts every day of the week and just want something light. So, if you’re in the latter camp, this veggie-loaded spot is for you!
Pressed is the land of all things cold-pressed juice; whatever fruit and veggie-packed blend you can concoct, I bet they’ve already created it! They’ve got juices for those who only want the greenest of greens and those who need a super fruity kick. If you want more than juice, they also offer a small selection of acai bowls topped with house-made granola, almond butter, coconut, and more. One note: a few juices have honey, so check the ingredients.
In addition to Pressed Juicery, you might also want to check out The Juice Standard (in the Cosmopolitan) or Juice Press (in the Bellagio); they both have smoothies and limited food options.
#6 Makers & Finders Coffee
Multiple locations in Las Vegas
Where is it? The Arts District, just off of The Strip, & downtown Summerlin
There is no better place to go in the city for a cup of coffee, but you’ll find way more than that at these vibrant and eclectic cafes. The family behind these cafes set out to create a menu that weaves their passion for coffee with their love for Latin American cuisine, creating an approachable menu filled with their favorite things — arepas, empanadas, and more.
While Latin American food isn’t always considered the most vegan-friendly, that’s not the case here; they’ve made sure no one is left out! Their brunch menu has gained a loyal following in the vegan community (check out the Las Vegans Facebook group if you don’t believe me). They have a whole plant-based section filled with a hearty empanada skillet and Impossible breakfast sandwiches, and you can create some of your own options with their vegan upgrades (Just Egg, soyrizo, and Impossible sausage).
#7 Terrace Point Café
3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Where is it? The Wynn Las Vegas
I was honestly surprised when this casual garden-inspired café popped up in search results —to be fair; I was suspicious of many of the casino restaurants. But their website clearly declares their inclusion of vegan and vegetarian options — that’s pretty fantastic!
All week long, starting at 7 AM, you can find a great mix of healthy and decadent vegan breakfast options to get your day started. If you’re feeling like you need a healthy boost, check out their oatmeal, coconut chia pudding, or smoothie selection. But if you want to go big, there’s no better option than the vegan huevos rancheros or stack of maple syrup and coconut whipped cream-covered French toast.
#8 Black & Blue Diner
315 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107
Where is it? West of The Strip
This all-American diner has fully embraced its vegan visitors. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted with the warming smell of fresh coffee and maple syrup, and you can rest assured something is coming out of the bustling kitchen that’s perfect for you!
Whether you belly up to the bar and take a seat on one of the swivel stools or slide into a vinyl booth, you should get comfortable because you’re in for an eating adventure. Breakfast is served all day and features all of the greasy spoon favorites that you probably thought you’d never have again — steak and eggs or go big with their Jackpot Breakfast (two eggs, choice of French toast or waffle, veggie sausage, and potatoes). And that’s just the start of all of the vegan deliciousness!
#9 Good Morning Kitchen and Cocktail Bar
5587 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118
Where is it? Southwest of The Strip
It’s always a good morning when vegan options are on the menu! This modern spot is just as beautiful as delicious — mesmerizing floral wallpaper covers the walls behind plush yellow booths with bronze accents. It’s the type of place where you might want to linger for a little while.
Thankfully, the menu doesn’t make veggie lovers go hunting for options; there’s a clearly labeled section with everything from healthy avocado toast topped with Just Egg and frisée salad to a massive golden Belgian waffle topped with fried chick’n and bourbon maple syrup. This is a terrific place to please a diverse crowd of diners; they’ve got something for everyone!
Where to Go for Weekend Vegan Brunch in Las Vegas
#10 Crossroads Kitchen
3000 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Where is it? 1st floor of Resorts World
You’ll want to make a reservation for this epic vegan Sunday brunch experience! The chic plant-based fine dining spot originally started with an a la carte brunch menu and surprisingly (I’m surprised at least) didn’t receive a standing ovation, so they decided to switch it up and make it into an excellent vegan brunch buffet!
I’ve never seen such a beautiful buffet before in my life — it’s an endless sea of fresh fruit, golden waffles, crispy bacon, fried chick’n, fluffy scramble, pasta to order, and dessert! Yes, let’s not forget to save room for dessert — the rows of perfectly topped cakes and colorful dessert jars are almost too pretty to eat.
#11 Tacotarian
There are multiple locations in Las Vegas
Where is it? Downtown & Southwest (two locations there)
All of your vegan taco dreams will come true here! This vegan Mexican eatery was inspired by the vibrant flavors of Mexico City and traditional Mexican staples but wanted to take a more modern (and plant-focused) approach when crafting its menu.
Every weekend, they break out their brunch menu, which features an unforgettable lineup of sweet and savory flavors. First-time visitors should forget about the dishes that they always tend to order and try something you won’t find on many other menus — huevos ahogados (JUST eggs served in a bowl with salsa verde, crema, onions, cilantro, and topped with tortilla strips) or molletes (toasted bolillo bread with refried beans, lettuce cheese, and pico) — you won’t be disappointed.
