Hi, I’m Rebecca, the founder of Veggies Abroad and a firm believer that travel can be a powerful tool for positive change.
Veggies Abroad began as a vegan travel blog, born from my love of food and a desire to explore the world more consciously. At the time, I was searching for a new career path — one that aligned with my values and allowed me to make an impact. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into something much bigger.
Along the way, I realized that travel could be more than just ticking off destinations. It could be a form of activism.
Today, that belief drives everything I do. Whether I’m curating a vegan group tour, helping a client plan a cruelty-free adventure, or using the podcast to spotlight changemakers in the industry, the goal is always the same: to use travel as a force for good.
Building Veggies Abroad has become my form of activism.
Through it, I have the opportunity to encourage businesses to make more sustainable choices and help travelers support companies that are making a difference.
If you’ve ever wished your adventures could reflect your values, you’re not alone. That’s exactly why I created this space. I’m so glad you’re here.
